Dear Sollas customer or supplier, with this statement Sollas wants to inform what the current
status is at Sollas Holland B.V. related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Like in many other countries also the Dutch government has taken serious actions that are
required to control the outbreak of the Coronavirus. Related to these government actions
also Sollas Holland B.V. has taken their responsibility related to the health of their customers,
suppliers and employees in this situation.
For our customers it is also important to know that Sollas Holland B.V. is still open and fully
operational! The actions that we took are therefore also to protect the continuity of our
production so we can fulfill our obligations to our customers.
Most of the measures Sollas Holland B.V. took are related to how we work internally,
however some of them can also be seen externally by our suppliers and customers.
Below the measures/actions Sollas took that can have influence on our customers and
– Until at least the 6 th of April 2020 no external visitors can come to Sollas Holland B.V.
– Because Sollas Holland B.V. already works for years with the server applications
provided by Citrix Systems we are able to let a large amount of our employees
remotely from their homes.
– Sollas Holland B.V. has divided their employees into 2 groups with different working
hours. This is not only to reduce the amount of people working at the same time and
with this reduce the risk of contamination, but also to spread the activities and
knowhow over these 2 groups. With this Sollas protects the continuity and their
delivery obligations. Because of working now in 2 shifts Sollas Holland B.V. is now
open from Monday to Friday from 6 o’clock in the morning until 18:30 in the evening.
– Through our local offices, distributors and agents (with the support of our service
department) we are able to keep providing local support unless prohibited by local
authorities. In that case Sollas can provide online support, in that case this needs to
be scheduled with our service department.
